Hi guys, I found something really interesting. There are some skills hard to improve in the game and here I'm talking about the "disciplinarian" perk of the "leadership" tree requiring 125 points and allowing to upgrade the bandits you hired. I personnaly play a lot with forest bandits because their are pretty good archers and very efficient compare to the empire bowmen (I only play with empire armies) and I wish I could upgrade them to battanian fians but this require this particular skill.
Lately I formed my own kingdome by taking a big city and garnisoned my 50 forest bandits here (they were all full xp and ready to upgrade). My big surprise when I came back a few times later was that they deseapered which made me pretty sad ;_; then I realized they just turned in battanian fians
which I rapidly turned into battanian fians champion which are probably the best archers of the game ? (280 with bows).
So, I guess that the city "made them" upgrade with its lvl3 training field and I'm not sure if the game is suppose to work this way, it is now easy to get decent units out of bad bandits such as looters for example which will turn in imperial trained soliders to defend your settlements ! But maybe it's "too" easy and is a bug or it should be remove ?
