Resolved Upgrading Bandit Raiders - you don't need a warhorse...but if you don't have a warhorse, you can't upgrade.

The upgrade does not consume warhorses but it requires warhorses in the inventory.

Yes, it's very particular and I've answered several people with this advice, who were saying the "perk was broken". It's certainly a bug, but I guess I put in the lady bug garden, with other peculiar bugs that doesn't completely **** the game ?

No idea. I'm still playing 1.5.7. I tried 1.5.8 for a while but it was unplayable. I might try 1.5.9 in a few weeks.
