Rules
Our PW_Mod Server is closed till Wednesday 05/04/11 11am CET, because we are bug-testing our new map.
We are sorry for this interruption, but we hope it´s worth all the trouble...
... so please, be patient.
1. Outlaws/Bandits
- Outlaws/Bandits are allowed to attack EVERY other player without a warning. Outlaws/Bandits can be attacked by EVERY other player without a warning.
- Outlaws are allowed to become mercs from one faction.
- Outlaws and factions can ask for road tolls.
- If you tax Commoners and Serfs, you are not allowed to demand more than 500 gold. Always use common sense, not every Commoner or Serf has 500 gold, but perhaps a piece of iron ore...
2. War
- A faction who wants to declare a war agains another faction, HAS TO publish the declaration twice in global chat BEFORE the attack.
- During a war all players of the opposing faction can be attack without a warning.
- Commoners inside a hostile castle/town can be attacked.
- Commoners inside a sieged castle/town are allowed to defend and fight against the attackers inside the castle/town.
- During siege: If the besiegers were able to get inside the castle, but they are not able to place the banner in the timelimit of 5mins, the siege failed and the attackers have to leave the castle and return home.
3. Peace
- A war is over when a) one faction has been eliminated b) both factions made peace.
- All battles have to stop immediately after the peace declaration.
- A kingdom can make peace with the Outlaws at its own risk.
4. Factions
- If a king is leaving the game a new one must be selected as soon as possible. All diplomatic relations are maintained and can not be changed as long as until a new king takes his place.
- After declaring war or forming an alliance, the king have to add the allied or enemy faction to the own faction name! Example: The House of Lions (A:Nords W:Green)
(A stands for Allied, W stands for in War)
- If you tax Commoners and Serfs, you are not allowed to demand more than 500 gold. Always use common sense, not every Commoner or Serf has 500 gold, but perhaps a piece of iron ore...
5. Commoners
- Commoners are only allowed to defend themselves when they are attacked.
- Commoners can only attack Outlaws without a warning.
- Commoners are not allowed to become mercs from a faction.
- Commoners are not allowed to ask for road tolls and are not allowed to perform warlike actions.
- Commoners in a sieged castle/town are allowed to help to defend.
6. Chat Rules
- War and peace declarations have to be send in ENGLISH!
- Road toll charges and refused access to a castle/town have to be send in ENGLISH.
- To contact the admin use @Admin [msg] in global chat.
- Flaming, personal insults and advertisement for other clans are NOT allowed.
7. Miscellaneous
- Never attack someone standing near an Admin... (It´s hard to talk with someone if anotherone tries to kill him)
- Spawncamping Outlaws and Commoners is not allowed - Example: It´s allowed to attack the Outlaw hideout, but not to stay there forever...
Disobeying the rules:
1. Warning from an admin.
2. Repeated violation of the rules after an official warning are punished with a kick.
3. Another (third) violation of the rules will be punished with an 1h-ban.
- Banned players will be published in the forums.
4. Recurring violations will result in a ban for undetermined time.
- Unban Requests can be made in the corresponding forum.
5. False impersonation of an admin or member of the sF_clan will result in a permanent ban.
Update: 04/26/11 additional rules:
- If you tax Commoners and Serfs, you are not allowed to demand more than 500 gold. Always use common sense, not every Commoner or Serf has 500 gold, but perhaps a piece of iron ore...
- During siege: If the besiegers were able to get inside the castle, but they are not able to place the banner in the timelimit of 5mins, the siege failed and the attackers have to leave the castle and return home.
- After declaring war or forming an alliance, the king have to add the allied or enemy faction to the own faction name! Example: The House of Lions (A:Nords W:Green)

- Never attack someone standing near an Admin... (It´s hard to talk with someone if anotherone tries to kill him)

sF_Admins
- EVERY admin can be identified by the name (sF_ADMIN_Name) and armor.
- Don't ask admins for money!
- It is NOT allowed to attack or kill admins.
Server restart:
- server restart is scheduled for 11am every thursday.
- in exceptional cases admins have to restart the server.
Exceptions:
- serious bugs
- technical maintenance
- a faction conquered all castles and towns and defended them for a certain peroid of time.
Reasons for a ban:
- serious insults
- randomer (obvious - otherwise kick as a warning) admin has to observe it.
- repeated violations of the rules (see above)
Reasons for a kick:
- see above (disobeying the rules), warning beforehand
