Thief 4: (Apparently aimed to be more representative of the original two titles)

Hitman 5 (not alot of news about this title yet, apparently the developer confirmed the title but nothing major has been released about it.)

I am very curious about the multiplayer part of AC: Brotherhood, the whole concept sounds nice, but they better deliver.

Me too for Crusader Kings 2 although it's 2012 I think, yeah, it's not for everyone the ultimate "pipe and slippers" game, engrossing for medieval fans though. Other than that  The Witcher 2, Two worlds 2 (possibly, looks 100% better than the first offering) and Heroes of Stalingrad.
