Resolved Unused focus points dissapear after saving some

Summary: after earning some points to spend it later, theres a point after you level up where all unspent focus points dissapear and only have 1 focus point (i think it started to dissapear after saving 7 unspent focus. the next level up it reset to only have 1 point)
How to Reproduce: Idk if it happen with other builds, but basically i put like 2 or 3 focus points in trade (sandbox, 20 years old) and grind like hell the trading perk, ignoring the combat ones. at some point leveling up, in the character section youn can see clearly you dont have more than 7 points anymore, just 1.
Have you used cheats and if so which: basically i have enabled console but never used in this save
Scene Name (if related): cant, all the saved games were the auto ones, and it has deleted after a while

Hello, did you manually removed the mod files, verify the integrity of the game, and tried to reproduce the issue on a new campaign? If so please let me know.
