After testing around a bit i stumbled across this battle
I gained 10 level ups according to the ending screen after calculating a battle.
This is the party screen i came back to a second later, the only person that gained xp/lvl is the freebooter that wasnt wounded. That seems pretty wrong, how are people expected to level up without getting wounded eventually. Even though there is 1 recruit that survived he wasnt the one that made a level
