Administrator Applications

Due to rising interest and increased playercounts as of late, a thread specifically for HCRP Adminship Applications has been opened. The application below will probably change in the near future to reflect the type of individual we are looking for. The following points are important to remember.
Please Note
  • As always this is to show interest only. Posting an application here guarantees you neither adminship nor review.

  • The busiest times for HCRP are NA Afternoons through late evening. If you are available during this time it is a plus.

  • You are expected to already be a model for other roleplayers and to assist those who are new to roleplaying, not shun them. Your in game names should reflect a desire to roleplay. This means pwningallnoobs and sirrapesalot need not apply.

  • If you do not roleplay, are prone to using chatspeak, and/or emoticons in character please do not apply.

  • Be aware, your Adminship will not carry over to United_PW at any time. Also, rulebreaking on United_PW and behaving on HCRP will by no means result in acceptance.

If you want to show your interest in becoming a part of the administration, this is where you'll show it. Remember that your presence on TeamSpeak3 is suggested, even before you apply.

This is only to show your interest

What's the difference between a council admin and a regular admin?

Regular admins administrate both servers, aren't required to enforce/teach roleplay and have tags.

1: What is your primary in-game name? List that, and if you have two more in-game names please include the next two most common ones.
Schizophrenic Woodsman, Owl, Frog Hunter

2: What is your nationality?
An upstanding American citizen. (?)

3: How many languages do you know? Please list them.
English. And that's it.

4: When did you first start playing PWMOD? Do you consider yourself well acquainted with its mechanics? Would you be able to provide a new player an adequate amount of information on the mod and its features? Would you be willing to? How much time would you dedicate per player to doing so?
I played PWMOD since 2010.
I am familiar with game mechanics and features. I have always tried to help new players figure out what to do in this mod, even if there are certain language barriers (A Korean came in the server) I would be absolutely willing to inform players with basic game features, taking as much time as needed.

5: Do you have any experience administrating? If so, please list the game(s).
I have administrated for the North American PW server when DrDeath was still around and the NA_West PW West server with Ser_Benjamin. Please take into account that I have intermittently relinquished my administrator status  from the NA due to various reasons. I have also administrated a Garry's Mod RP server, if that means anything at all.

6: How much time do you spend playing PW mod? How much time do you spend playing video games on the device you use to play Mount & Blade: Warband? Do you have a Steam account? If yes, please list it.
I spend a lot of time playing PW, actually. Over 900 hours actually on Steam.
Steam: Owl (already added Boarlady and Dom)

7: Why do you want to be an administrator? Do you believe you will be able to spend more time administrating than playing PW? Will you dedicate most of your time to administrating? Or will you play PW logged in as an admin and respond to complaints when need be? If you intend to have a different style, please describe it.
To be honest, I just want to help players and address the role play confusion seen frequently on HCRP. I believe I will spend most of my time administrating, but there are times when I know I should take a break. If I were to administrate, I would be logged in with a familiar name and abstain from playing. If I wanted to play, I would go on one of my alts.

8: Which do you consider more important: The enforcement of server rules or the satisfaction of the playerbase?
Enforcement of rules is priority. I can make exceptions to individual concerns as long as it does not interfere with the rules.

9: Have you hosted an event before? Do you believe you could host great events that aren't too time consuming? Are you interested in hosting events?
Hosting events takes time from more pressing matters at hand. I know that from experience.

10: Do you believe administrating is difficult? Why?
Extremely. As someone on this subforum has said, not everything is so black and white especially with role play.

11: How well do you cope under enormous stress, a hectic environment, and a boring and uninteresting one?
It is stressful with a large player base and usually calls for hasty decisions to get to each player's problems. I think I have proven that I can handle stress. Like all cases of boredom in PW, comes Alt-Enter.

12: Do you believe you are a mature person? Why do you think so?
I have been called immature and I only believe it half-way, but I can be mature when faced with problems that need to be solved.

13: Do you know any admins personally? Would they vouch for you?
I know Domnhall, Boarlady, and Czar. I am sure two of the three would vouch.

14: When you think of the average PWMOD player, who do you think they are? A roleplayer? Someone looking for a fight? Someone bored and looking for something interesting to do? Or someone else?
Every video game player is a role player, whether they know it or not. PWMOD is a very entertaining mod and a blast to play with friends or a stranger. I think most people are looking for the team-based fighting system which makes many video games fun.

15: Are you active in any group outside of PWmod? Such as: Mount & Musket regiment, Mount & Gladius legion and the likes. If you are; What group is it? Is it time consuming? Will, for example, your Mount & Musket regiment come before the server? If you become a United PW administrator, which one of the following sentances is most likely to be said by you: "I don't get much time for PWmod anymore, my clan/regiment/other is taking so much time." or "I won't get much time for my clan/regiment/other anymore, because of PWmod"
I no longer participate in Mount and Blade clans.

1: What is your primary in-game name? List that, and if you have two more in-game names please include the next two most common ones.
Primary: Harald_Ulvsbane Secondaries: Gefreiter_Henrietta, Shadow. (However I'm prone to changing characters alot)
2: What is your nationality?
Swedish
3: How many languages do you know? Please list them.
Swedish, English and abit of German.
4: When did you first start playing PWMOD? Do you consider yourself well acquainted with its mechanics? Would you be able to provide a new player an adequate amount of information on the mod and its features? Would you be willing to? How much time would you dedicate per player to doing so?
I'm not sure exactly how long I've been playing but I think it's something like 3 months, However during this time I've logged allmost 600 hours.
As for the game mechanics I would say I know all of them from the players side (Don't know how different things work for admins) and I would have no problem teaching new players the ropes, As for how much time I would spend on it I guess that comes down to how hectic the reports were at that moment, If randoming reports are flying left and right I would make that my prio but if it was calm I would take the time needed to get a new player started.
5: Do you have any experience administrating? If so, please list the game(s).
I have no experience whatsoever administrating PW but I have administrated the following games: Minecraft(Spent a year administrating a heavy rp server and then on and off on a number of other servers) Counter-strike (on and off forever don't know if it has any relevance here but its admining experience atleast)
6: How much time do you spend playing PW mod? How much time do you spend playing video games on the device you use to play Mount & Blade: Warband? Do you have a Steam account? If yes, please list it.
As it looks right now 6-10 hours a day is spent on PW (unemployed) and i play it over steam (my steam is rimfrost8:cool:
7: Why do you want to be an administrator? Do you believe you will be able to spend more time administrating than playing PW? Will you dedicate most of your time to administrating? Or will you play PW logged in as an admin and respond to complaints when need be? If you intend to have a different style, please describe it.
The reason I would like to be an admin is that I've seen a rise in randomings and other bull**** on the HCRP server leaving the admins really undermanned to deal with it, So basically I just want to do my part and give something back to the community by helping out, As for how much i would be able to admin and what style i would use I'd have to say that If needed I would have no problem admining more than I play and I would most likely deal with complaints while logged in as an admin.
8: Which do you consider more important: The enforcement of server rules or the satisfaction of the playerbase?
This is really hard to answer because I feel like it depends on the situation, For example: Player A is randomed by Player B, Player A is really angry because it was a pure randoming no dialouge or rp and the other part has made no effort to appologize or make it right when confronted about it. In that case I would go for the Rule enforcement because that would make the actually wronged player happy, However if we switch it just a little where there has been the same randoming but player B is actually sorry and has made attempts to appologize and so on I would rather refund player A and warn Player B instead of going for the slay/kick/ban.
9: Have you hosted an event before? Do you believe you could host great events that aren't too time consuming? Are you interested in hosting events?
I hosted a tournament with Friedrich on the normal united server but apart from that I have not hosted anything, I would however like to organize events on the server.
10: Do you believe administrating is difficult? Why?
I don't think the actual act of administrating is difficult, However what you have to deal with as an admin could be difficult like people being mean, rude ,impatient just because you didn't prio their report first and stuff like that.
11: How well do you cope under enormous stress, a hectic environment, and a boring and uninteresting one?
I cope well but I won't lie it has happened that I've had the rare outburst of E-rage but when I'm an admin I'd rather log than make a fool of myself on the server (based on my admining experience from other games).
12: Do you believe you a mature person? Why do you think so?
Honestly I don't know, Maturity is really in the eyes of the beholder, I would like to think I'm a mature person and player but I couldn't actually tell you how well that corresponds with reality.
13: Do you know any admins personally? Would they vouch for you?
The only one I would say I know is Friedrich and I would be suprised if he did not vouch for me, apart from him I've talked a little to most admins but I don't know if I've made any lasting impression.
14: When you think of the average PWMOD player, who do you think they are? A roleplayer? Someone looking for a fight? Someone bored and looking for something interesting to do? Or someone else?
Depends on the server really when i think of the average HCRP player I think roleplayer right off the bat, However on the normal united roleplay server my thoughts drift more towards someone looking for a fight.
Nope no obligations like that at all.

A positive influence on both servers and I have not seen any legitimate trouble about him at all. Perhaps my vouch for this person would not be taken seriously due to the fact he is in my persistent faction, but I assure you that my judgement isn't based off of cronyism.

Vouch.

Schizophrenic Woodsman, Owl, Frog Hunter

Sorry for the spam, but you're Owl? holy **** good show sir good show

1: What is your primary in-game name? List that, and if you have two more in-game names please include the next two most common ones.
Belldandy, Redworah

2: What is your nationality?
American

3: How many languages do you know? Please list them.
English, and a bit of Spanish

4: When did you first start playing PWMOD? Do you consider yourself well acquainted with its mechanics? Would you be able to provide a new player an adequate amount of information on the mod and its features? Would you be willing to? How much time would you dedicate per player to doing so?

I started playing PWMOD, when it first came out in v1, I am extremely well acquainted with the mechanics, I can provide a new player with all the information and assistance, for as long as they need, and I even took the iniative and named myself "Noob_Guide_Belldandy" and helped all the players, I possibly could with any problems that they had, despite lacking adminship just for the sheer sake of kindly helping others and making friends with new players and prospective roleplayers.

5: Do you have any experience administrating? If so, please list the game(s).

I had a small amount of expirience admining the warband roleplay mod, back when Blueberry was just beginning to start it.

6: How much time do you spend playing PW mod? How much time do you spend playing video games on the device you use to play Mount & Blade: Warband? Do you have a Steam account? If yes, please list it.

I spend probably 6-8 hours a week on average playing pwmod , and about 12 hours in general playing on my computer, my steam account is Redworah.

7: Why do you want to be an administrator? Do you believe you will be able to spend more time administrating than playing PW? Will you dedicate most of your time to administrating? Or will you play PW logged in as an admin and respond to complaints when need be? If you intend to have a different style, please describe it.

I believe that I have the skills, and abilities, and dedication, and knowledge that is necessary to help roleplayers, and administrate over things, but i need a chance to test my skill and improve in administration, I would play PW logged in as an admin and respond to the complaints with the utmost speed and efficiency, but I would also roleplay at the same time and really engage with the playerbase... rather than watching from a distance, and I would do my best to use judgement in all the situations required of me.

8: Which do you consider more important: The enforcement of server rules or the satisfaction of the playerbase?

I truly believe that the satisfaction of the players is the most important aspect, after all this is a video game, and we need to have fun and enjoy ourselves while we play. However, I will not abandon the rules to satisfy the desires of the players.

9: Have you hosted an event before? Do you believe you could host great events that aren't too time consuming? Are you interested in hosting events?

I have not hosted an event, but I would absolutely love to do so, and am very interested in learning how to admin an event.

10: Do you believe administrating is difficult? Why?

I believe, that administrating isn't difficult, but that it requires the right people and the right skills in order to administrate.

11: How well do you cope under enormous stress, a hectic environment, and a boring and uninteresting one?

I can cope well under enormous stress and effectively solve issues part by part, I would enjoy a hectic environment with some fast paced excitement to it, and I would try to liven up and help out a boring situation, because who wants to be bored while roleplaying.

12: Do you believe you a mature person? Why do you think so?

I am a very mature person, I have been honest and honorable all the time that I have roleplayed, and I have always put the needs of others before those of myself.

13: Do you know any admins personally? Would they vouch for you?

I know Aldric, and he definitely gave me his vouch for me to be an admin, I also know Azrayel and once had a great roleplaying war, in which we lead two families and conflicted, so I believe she will support me to become an admin.(Bayard recently met me, and may give me a vouch as well).

14: When you think of the average PWMOD player, who do you think they are? A roleplayer? Someone looking for a fight? Someone bored and looking for something interesting to do? Or someone else?[/b

]I think the average PWMOD player is usually someone who wants to roleplay, but they want to experience medieval life in all the gory combat, as well as the courtly aspect of things, and they truly are quite skilled at roleplaying if they are given the chance and do not need to worry of being harmed by randomers or other griefers.

I am not active in any group outside of PWMOD, and I would be willing to dedicate my full gaming time to roleplaying and adminning on United PW server, and so this sentence would be more likely "I won't get much time for my clan/regiment/other anymore, because of PWmod".

I also roleplayed as Venus_the Lovely, Edward_lancaster, and Princess Rose the sorceress and saint, back in v3, all of which are very famous characters in their heyday.

1: What is your primary in-game name? List that, and if you have two more in-game names please include the next two most common ones. Pangur (sometimes a variant like Ser_Pangur)

2: What is your nationality? United States- American

3: How many languages do you know? Please list them. English- first Spanish-4 years of it

4: When did you first start playing PWMOD? Do you consider yourself well acquainted with its mechanics? Would you be able to provide a new player an adequate amount of information on the mod and its features? Would you be willing to? How much time would you dedicate per player to doing so? I have been playing for 4 months and I feel that I am well acquainted with the mechanics.  I would be able to help a new player by either chatting to them in TS or text, or showing them in-game.  I would dedicate however much time it is needed, if there were no time constraints. ei: another person needing help. In the event that I was needed elsewhere, I would help them get started, then return once I have dealt with the other matter to make sure they have been helped adequately.

5: Do you have any experience administrating? If so, please list the game(s). No, I do not.  I am a fast learner however, and am familiar with administrating in the MM mod.

6: How much time do you spend playing PW mod? How much time do you spend playing video games on the device you use to play Mount & Blade: Warband? Do you have a Steam account? If yes, please list it. I spend at least 15 hours a week on PWmod, and about the same amount on other Mount & Blade mods for Warband.  I do have a steam account, Outcastwolf17.

7: Why do you want to be an administrator? Do you believe you will be able to spend more time administrating than playing PW? Will you dedicate most of your time to administrating? Or will you play PW logged in as an admin and respond to complaints when need be? If you intend to have a different style, please describe it.  I wish to become an admin because I love the mod, but a lot of the time see people abusing the RP system (ie: randoming, metagaming).  I wish to make the community better by providing help to those who need it and enforcing the rules with a just decision based on the situation.  I am not out to ban people.  I also see that sometimes the current admins are overworked or too busy to help everyone, so perhaps I would be able to lighten the load by helping to deal with situations.  I would dedicate most of my time to Administrating, but also take some time to play.  Of course, if there was someone who needed help then I would come to their aid.

8: Which do you consider more important: The enforcement of server rules or the satisfaction of the playerbase? I believe an equal balance is best.  Rules are important, but so are the players.  Sometimes a rule might have to be bent depending on the situation and overall you can't please everyone, but trying to appeal to the player base will ensure that the cooperation of everyone will be better.

9: Have you hosted an event before? Do you believe you could host great events that aren't too time consuming? Are you interested in hosting events? I have not hosted an event before, but I am full of ideas and would not object to help host player friendly non-time consuming events.

10: Do you believe administrating is difficult? Why? Yes, it is difficult because you have to be knowledgeable but also just in your decisions.  You have to have patience and actually listen to people's problems and you must judge for yourself the best outcome to solve the situation.  You must also dedicate your time to helping others instead of logging in and ignoring everyone to do your own thing.  Being an admin means you must show a sense of maturity even if the other people around you do not.

11: How well do you cope under enormous stress, a hectic environment, and a boring and uninteresting one? I am very calm and keep a level head.  I know how to deal with situations that may not favor me, or deciding something might not please everyone.  I am also accustomed to boring uneventful environments.  I am quite good at finding ways to keep busy and help liven things up.

12: Do you believe you a mature person? Why do you think so? Yes, I do believe I am mature. (For one I am a female in college ) I have had a job since I was 15 and am currently in college.  I do not anger easily and I know how to deal with situations (from work experience) where people may not cooperate with each other well.

13: Do you know any admins personally? Would they vouch for you? I do not know any admin personally, but I can attest that I have never had a problem with the rules or any admin.

14: When you think of the average PWMOD player, who do you think they are? A roleplayer? Someone looking for a fight? Someone bored and looking for something interesting to do? Or someone else? I think the average player is a mix of everything, they want to roleplay, but are also interested in conquest and adventure.  The Mod is filled with a variety of people, so you cannot just lump them into one category, I believe.

15: Are you active in any group outside of PWmod? Such as: Mount & Musket regiment, Mount & Gladius legion and the likes. If you are; What group is it? Is it time consuming? Will, for example, your Mount & Musket regiment come before the server? If you become a United PW administrator, which one of the following sentences is most likely to be said by you: "I don't get much time for PWmod anymore, my clan/regiment/other is taking so much time." or "I won't get much time for my clan/regiment/other anymore, because of PWmod" I am a part of 2 regiments in the Mount and Musket mod (13thSLI and 21e).  It is sometimes time consuming, but we also play other mods as a regiment for fun.  I would not have to worry about one cutting into the other because I am well balanced and will always have time for both mods.  Because of that, I would not have to choose one or the other because I make time for both.

1: What is your primary in-game name? List that, and if you have two more in-game names please include the next two most common ones. Any variant with Diego, So things like Diego Cortez as a roleplay name.

2: What is your nationality? Polish

3: How many languages do you know? Please list them. Fluent Polish and English

4: When did you first start playing PWMOD? Do you consider yourself well acquainted with its mechanics? Would you be able to provide a new player an adequate amount of information on the mod and its features? Would you be willing to? How much time would you dedicate per player to doing so? I have been playing the mod sine alpha. I cannot tell you which one because it's that long ago. This makes me familiar with the game meaning I can help new players in need. I do this anyway in the games global chat, I am used to it so becoming an admin and having that job of moderating and helping out won't cause too much stress.

5: Do you have any experience administrating? If so, please list the game(s). I have moderated Arma 2 Life Roleplay servers and Arma 2 Zombie servers.

6: How much time do you spend playing PW mod? How much time do you spend playing video games on the device you use to play Mount & Blade: Warband? Do you have a Steam account? If yes, please list it. My steam is Diego1255. I have over 1000 hours on steam on warband. A LOT of those are on PW mod. I am very active when I play PW. In the past I had times where I simply did not play. But for the past couple of weeks I've been very active.

7: Why do you want to be an administrator? Do you believe you will be able to spend more time administrating than playing PW? Will you dedicate most of your time to administrating? Or will you play PW logged in as an admin and respond to complaints when need be? If you intend to have a different style, please describe it. The one main reason why I would want to administrate is simply because I enjoy PW. I love the role play, I love the mod and the game. I also like to help out, If I'm playing and someone asks me to help I will not ignore them. In terms of the game it self, I would probably spend time as an admin if I got a lot of complaints and when I'm by my self. But if I'm playing with my friends then I would just respond to complaints and requests. Not necessarily patrol the server.

8: Which do you consider more important: The enforcement of server rules or the satisfaction of the playerbase? I believe in rules enforcement. But the rules have to be satisfying for the player base. I believe in working with the player base and the mature members of the community to change/make rules so it's not just a small team deciding.

9: Have you hosted an event before? Do you believe you could host great events that aren't too time consuming? Are you interested in hosting events? I am interested in them yes, how ever I never have. It's an idea for the future but if I was admin I would be extremely happy to help host events with people like Aldric whom I've been to his events before.

10: Do you believe administrating is difficult? Why? I do not believe in a perfect admin. When I started playing PW there would be times where I would get in conflicts with admins where I did not agree with them. At the end of the day administrating is putting your own time into the community doing something that not everyone can do.

11: How well do you cope under enormous stress, a hectic environment, and a boring and uninteresting one? I have experience in moderating roleplay servers on Arma 2. There are times where things get out of hand and I have made decisions that could have been done better. I do have the experience and I do hope that puts me somewhere.

12: Do you believe you a mature person? Why do you think so? I do. For a start an admin has to have a level of maturity. I believe I am mature enough to be an administrator. Again I have experience there before which has taught me new levels of maturity in deal with players.

13: Do you know any admins personally? Would they vouch for you? Aldric.

14: When you think of the average PWMOD player, who do you think they are? A roleplayer? Someone looking for a fight? Someone bored and looking for something interesting to do? Or someone else? I have seen all of these. There are some great roleplayers. But i believe the average is a bored person looking for something to do. But quite often that something is a fight but it also is to roleplay.

15: Are you active in any group outside of PWmod? Such as: Mount & Musket regiment, Mount & Gladius legion and the likes. If you are; What group is it? Is it time consuming? Will, for example, your Mount & Musket regiment come before the server? If you become a United PW administrator, which one of the following sentances is most likely to be said by you: "I don't get much time for PWmod anymore, my clan/regiment/other is taking so much time." or "I won't get much time for my clan/regiment/other anymore, because of PWmod"  I am in other groups outside of PW yes. MM regiment being one of them. But MM regiments aren't a day to day thing. If I did not believe I would put time into this then I would not write this application.

Vouch.

Lady_Nightshade, Southern_Comfort and Anastasia

2: What is your nationality?
American

3: How many languages do you know? Please list them.
English and some Japanese, lol

4: When did you first start playing PWMOD? Do you consider yourself well acquainted with its mechanics? Would you be able to provide a new player an adequate amount of information on the mod and its features? Would you be willing to? How much time would you dedicate per player to doing so?
I've been playing since v1, I am familiar with most to all of the mechanics and frequently assist new players in these. I stay with the player until I feel comfortable that they understand these mechanics and that they won't just go out breaking rules they don't know about.

5: Do you have any experience administrating? If so, please list the game(s).
Yes, persistent world when it was NAPW.

6: How much time do you spend playing PW mod? How much time do you spend playing video games on the device you use to play Mount & Blade: Warband? Do you have a Steam account? If yes, please list it.
I'm moving to 2nd shift on my job now so it'll be about 15-20 hours on week days and 15-20 hours on the weekend. Right now my husband and I share a computer but we think we fixed the other one and we don't normally use it at the same time.  My steam account is The_Black_Shuck.

7: Why do you want to be an administrator? Do you believe you will be able to spend more time administrating than playing PW? Will you dedicate most of your time to administrating? Or will you play PW logged in as an admin and respond to complaints when need be? If you intend to have a different style, please describe it.
I wish to be an administrator not only because I have been one in the past and know that I have the capability and drive for it, but I also don't enjoy seeing 50-80 people on HCRP with none to one admin on having to deal with all of the problems, it's an almost impossible task and I want to lend my abilities to help them.  I actually enjoy administrating most of the time because I know what it's like to be on the other end of disputes and I want to help the players to have fun and enjoy their rp.  I would most likely play PW logged in as an admin and respond to complaints as they came, but am also willing to be logged in solely as an admin to deal with problems because that was one of the requirements in the past.

8: Which do you consider more important: The enforcement of server rules or the satisfaction of the playerbase?
I don't know how this is a question of importance because the rules are put in place for the satisfaction of the player base, thus the rules are there to serve the players which if this is the case, the server has already set the thing of greatest importance as the satisfaction of the playerbase.

9: Have you hosted an event before? Do you believe you could host great events that aren't too time consuming? Are you interested in hosting events?
I've only ever hosted small events but would be willing to host larger events if given the help of other admins.  I'm not really one to come up with events but I know people that can.

10: Do you believe administrating is difficult? Why?
It can be difficult at times, being that we are all still human beings we all make mistakes or get upset at little things or simply do not listen to one another.  Dealing with players who are breaking rules and don't understand what they're doing can be frustrating and they may not understand what you're explaining to them.  Having a screen full of purple text just spring up as soon as you log on can be overwhelming when you see all of the complaints and problems.  What's important to do is to take a deep breath and deal with things one at a time and as you go, you can always ask people to repeat their complaints or if you remember their name you can just tp to them and ask them again.  People that have problems and rules broken against them just want to return to a point where they can enjoy the game again, and not everybody is patient about this but when they do get what they need their appreciation may not be said but their continuing play speaks to that.

11: How well do you cope under enormous stress, a hectic environment, and a boring and uninteresting one?
I initially in my own reaction get frustrated, but I stop myself before I get put it onto a screen.  I try to slow myself down and talk it out with somebody out side of the frustration.  Then it's a matter of just taking things one at a time as I said before, when you see everything that you have to do all at once you can get stopped in your tracks and not want to do anything at all.  As far as boring and unintering environments, as I mentioned before I would ask the small amount of players if they wanted to do a mini event then I would respond to them accordingly, such as I would run around invisible with a money bag of my own money and the person who killed me got the money.

12: Do you believe you a mature person? Why do you think so?
Yes, I know how to step back from situations that I know I can't handle at the time and will just get frustrated with, or even to ask somebody like my husband to put things in a perspective for me that I will then handle them with maturity and confidence.  I think I am mature because I know I can't do or see everything from my own eyes because I am only one human.

13: Do you know any admins personally? Would they vouch for you?
Brocoli, Optimal, Kentara, Fussybadge, and kind of Friedrich; and yes.

14: When you think of the average PWMOD player, who do you think they are? A roleplayer? Someone looking for a fight? Someone bored and looking for something interesting to do? Or someone else?
Me being a roleplayer myself, it is my hope that the regular PWMOD player is a roleplayer.  I know this isn't always the case, and it's not that people are necessarily looking to break rules, but it is my assumption that people come on to roleplay but may not know all of the rules, and that is why there are admins in the first place.

15: Are you active in any group outside of PWmod? Such as: Mount & Musket regiment, Mount & Gladius legion and the likes. If you are; What group is it? Is it time consuming? Will, for example, your Mount & Musket regiment come before the server? No, I'm not involved in any clans or anything of equal caliber.

Would you be able to provide a new player an adequate amount of information on the mod and its features? Would you be willing to? How much time would you dedicate per player to doing so? Alpha 4, I am very good with the mechanics of the PWMOD, I can tell players as much as I know about the mod, I am fully willing to help a player, I would spend as much time needed for each player.

7: Why do you want to be an administrator? Do you believe you will be able to spend more time administrating than playing PW? Will you dedicate most of your time to administrating? Or will you play PW logged in as an admin and respond to complaints when need be? If you intend to have a different style, please describe it. I want to be an administrator to help with controlling the server and help players advance in their RolePlay, I will spend 90% of the time administrating, I would dedicate above and beyond then the minimum, I will be administrating 90% of my gameplay.

8: Which do you consider more important: The enforcement of server rules or the satisfaction of the playerbase? I think that both the enforcing the rules and the satisfaction of the players.

9: Have you hosted an event before? Do you believe you could host great events that aren't too time consuming? Are you interested in hosting events? I have hosted an event, But not a big one, I can host events that are time consuming or not, I'm very interested in hosting events.

11: How well do you cope under enormous stress, a hectic environment, and a boring and uninteresting one? I can deal with a lot of stress, It doesn't really bother me. If it is a bit boring I wouldn't really care.

12: Do you believe you a mature person? Why do you think so? I belive I am a mature person, I'v been told by a lot of people that I am mature.

13: Do you know any admins personally? Would they vouch for you? I dont really know any admins that well, None that I can think of.

14: When you think of the average PWMOD player, who do you think they are? A roleplayer? Someone looking for a fight? Someone bored and looking for something interesting to do? Or someone else? I think most of the PWMOD players are looking for something fun to do, Rather then just sit around and not do anything fun at all.

15: Are you active in any group outside of PWmod? Such as: Mount & Musket regiment, Mount & Gladius legion and the likes. If you are; What group is it? Is it time consuming? Will, for example, your Mount & Musket regiment come before the server? I am not part of any other part of PWMOD, I have cRPG but I rarely play it. I would rather say,"I don't get much time for PWmod anymore, my clan/regiment/other is taking so much time."
