So today I was playing warband on the ps4, i had around maybe 500 deniers and it allowed me to upgrade 29 swadian man at arms into swadian knights. This put my character in debt with a negative balance until the budget report came up, i.imgur.com/rmnIO5r.jpg the numbers couldn't really update all to well as you can see and my debt was added to my old debt. I experimented with this a bit and found i could do this to multiple units as long as I originally had more deniers to start with than what it would cost to upgrade one of that unit, even when i was in debt from previously upgrading I was still able to upgrade others. This, in my opinion, is a major bug as someone can kill some bandits and upgrade everything to max tier once a week.
