I absolutely love the armors and clothing in the game. The amount of detail that goes into each is incredible.
Though I was wondering if we could get unique faction leader outfits for each faction/culture. Armors and city clothing that would only be available to faction leaders and those that are creating a faction for massive amounts of money of course. So if you just created a faction you would be asked to be anointed in a certain way according to culture. That decision would give you the option to pay tons of denars to have a special piece of clothing made for your rule. This perhaps would not just be a crown but maybe a special kind of weapon or armor. A Celtic diadem, a golden robe, or a specially decorated ax. In the game lore, there are a few mentions that the emperor of the Calradians takes on a special cape of purple. You could have a highly decorated cape given to you to fit the lore.
The lavish garments of the emperors and empresses of the byzantine empire could be a great model for city-based clothing for newly-crowned royalty.

It was only an idea that I can admit is quite low on the importance scale, but something that I believe would make the game even more impressive.
