Rules: No Muskets.
Must not be on horse if you choose shotgun
Meet in center of map and I will count to 1 then you may shoot

i've decided to accept the fact that the 1st West Virginia is dead and I just dont feel like leading a regiment anymore... sorry guys... i May reform this at a later date but right now i just dont want to do this anymore...
