In Progress Unify The Empire and Weaken Empire main quests have problems.

Summary: When i create my own kingdom and after talking with Arzagos, it gaves "Weaken Empire" quest. But when i move on the map it automatically fails because of timeout. Same thing happens when Istiana give me the "Unify The Empire" quest. Here are some screenshots about the problem.
