Undocumented Patchnotes
TW is just balancing and changing values without telling us, so i thought im just gonna make a thread of changes that i noticed. If something is incorrect or not mentioned please leave a post below.

tl;dr menavlion nerf, heavy cav nerf (gold), buff for light skirmisher units (ms), armor balancing, battania buffed in cpt mode

Versions
Native: e1.1.2

Cost changes
  • Druzhinnik cost increased by 10 from 170 to 180
  • Courser cost increased by 10 from 130 to 140
  • Knight cost increased by 10 from 180 to 190
  • Varyag cost increased by 10 from 140 to 150
Armor Values
  • Oathsworn armor increased by 3 from 40 to 43
  • Sergeant armor reduced by 4 from 41 to 37
  • Mounted Warrior armor value increased from 8 to 16
  • Berserker armor value reduced from 10 to 6
Movement speed
  • Skirmisher movement speed increased from 78 to 80
  • Recruit movement speed increased from 78 to 80
  • Brigand movement speed increased by 4 from 75 to 79
Weapon Changes
  • Palatine Guard gets Menavlion now instead of Imperial Polearm
  • Reduced the swing damage factor of the Menavlion from 4.5 to 3.9
  • Reduced the length of the Menavlion handle from 228 to 180
  • Increased the weight of the Menavlion handle by 0.5
  • Reduced the swing damage factor of the long Menavlion from 4.9 to 4.5
  • Reduced the swing damage factor of the heavy Menavlion from 5.0 to 4.7
Captain Mode
  • Sturgia berserker unit size slightly reduced
  • Battania clan warrior unit size slightly increased
  • Battania savage unit size slightly increased
  • Battania wildling unit size slightly increased
Animations
  • Added idle animations for several units

I noticed the vlandian sergeant had its armor rating lowered slightly. The sergeant with improved armor had 50 armor, now 46. I don't remember the base rating off the top of my head.
 
Its really nice that they are making changes even if they are not going public with them. I think all of those changes line up with what the community has been asking for.
 
I cant confirm this, but at some point Vlandia has been reworked. Its not mentioned anywhere, but for example the peasant levy definitely did not have a wooden hammer at release.
 
This is what I found
Cost changes
Courser(Empire) cost increased from 130 to 140
Knight (Vlandia) cost increased from 180 to 190
Varyag(Sturgia) cost increased from 140 to 150
Druzinnik(Sturgia) cost increased from 170 to 180


Armor values
Sergeant(Vlandia) armor value reduced from 41 to 37 (46 with perk)
Oathsworn(Battania) armor value increased from 40 to 43
Mounted Warrior(Battania) armor value increased from 8 to 16(25 with perk)
Berserker(Sturgia) armor value reduced from 10 to 6(15 with perk)


Movement speed
Recruit(Empire) movement speed increased from 78 to 80
Brigand(Sturgia) movement speed increased from 75 to 79
Skirmisher(Aserai) movement speed increased from 78 to 80

Dont know about weapon changes
Looks like they removed Imperial Polearm from Palatine Guard and replaced it with Menavlion.
They probably saw the broken animation and decided its faster to replace the weapon.

I did notice that sturgian druzhinnik's shield looks unfamiliar. It's a shame the knight got his cost increased without giving him anything in return. At least give him an option to choose between a 204 long lance and armour like it was before. Right now he's worse than Mamluk and Druzh and even costs more.
 
Anything about a block delay for two handed weapons? Seems to me there is a delay when blocking to the opposite side of where your weapon is resting, at least that's what I felt the other day with the Battanian club and Sturgian two handed axe.

idk i hope they fix the block delay like 99% of the community
