I just found my way to this forum after a convoluted route of trying to find out why I suddenly got banned yesterday from a US server. I went to a website mentioned in the server's rule list and sent off an e-mail to try to get in touch with someone. The person who replied ended up pointing me to this thread: http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,231046.0.html

I'm not quite sure what this Thomas person said, but I didn't kill anyone on purpose. The round fell short and it ended up hitting my own team. I just bought this DLC last weekend and so, admittedly, have quite a few bits to learn in regards to playing this game. I find it really disheartening that someone would just assume that a noob mistake was some dirty intentional act to hurt my own teammates and get me banned. The person who made this ban request even admitted that they have seen me play normally, and so questioned whether or not I did this on purpose (which I didn't).

I humbly request that you remove this ban. What I did was a complete accident brought about by my inexperience with playing this game. I'm trying to get better. x_x

Wait a minute... that's what this was? I thought this was about when I was using a cannon and hit a few people. Can't really tell from that image. x_x

Okay, in this case... I kinda did blow up that building. I suppose I could try to make an excuse about how a large part of our team kept camping at our spawn and ended up costing us the battle repeatedly, but that really wouldn't fly. Now that I know that this is about that and not someone trying to hit me for being a bad shot with a cannon... well... in this case I did screw up. But that was the first and only time I did something like that.

Would an apology be acceptable? :/

I hope so, it's not up to me, and I don't want to come off as being superior to you. You had a small one time lapse of judgement and the whole reason I keep writing these ban posts is because I want people to know that someone is always watching.
