Unban Request Unsure- NW Official Server 1

Well this is a bit of an unusual request, I was given a serial key by somebody only to find out that I'm banned from NW Official US Server 1 on that key. I can guarantee they aren't using this serial key anymore and it's now linked to my steam account, anyway I can't really get any of the required info for a standard unbanning since it wasn't my key when they were banned. So if a server admin could help me I can supply them with the serial key in a PM and any other info they need that I can supply.

We need your unique id key: Not a cd key. I'm pretty sure a member of staff will never ask you for your cd key.
Unfortunately we cannot find which ban to remove unless we are given the name while banned or the unique id

Well apparently it's banned from that too, could you see the request and tell me what the number is maybe?

Yeah, that'd be worth trying. I'm not banned from every server, just a lot.

Checked the logs, couldn't see your attempt to join. I've removed all bans from the server, please try again when you get a chance.

Well here is the reason, its a Betty account.

1756 # 1st_Bettyreg_lord_Minion is banned permanently by 1stEPI_Maj_Azrooh.

We will not be unbanning any accounts relating to Betty, sorry.

How did you get the key?
If this "someone" bought it from a store he should be able to demand a refund, given that they are selling used keys?
Also mind telling who this "someone" is?

These are 15 Napoleonic Wars keys that Betty posted on her Facebook wall. I registered 2 on my profile for unknown reasons and I also gave 1 to Blead and 1 to Exceeding_Arrow. I don't know if there's any unclaimed, but feel free to try and register them on your Taleworlds profile. (If you don't already have NW, that is.)

Edit - Crossed out all that have been claimed to my knowing.
