Unban Request--Phreak

I was perma banned from NW_Official_US_1.

I Made a mistake, I wont troll any more, when I was perma banned I didnt get a chance to explain myself, I deserved to be banned but not Permanently...I Regret ever Trolling in the fisrt place and Honor my vow not to troll so hard ever again.

Yer, I'll vouch for him. He's been mildly trollish in the past, but he's not a vicious tker. I'd suggest a week ban personally, but it's your guys' call obviously.

I recalled Phreak tking at the start of a round several times. I don't know if it was intended, but it was very early on.

Very annoying when 1/4 of my team dies in the first 5 seconds.
