Team killing isn't allowed if its your friend from a regiment, your friend from real life, your mum, brother who cares, it isnt allowed and will be against the rules in any situation, just because he was being annoying in TS doesn't mean you can TK him in EU1, EU1 has nothing to do with your TS, you should have kicked him from TS or used some discipline and told him to shut up.

When you admit you meant to do it, sorry is to try and make it look like it was an accident because in reality you don't mean it. The thing admins are pointing to is, this is the 5th unban request mainly for tk'n and trolling around, its pretty hard to be caught by admins 5 times in this kind of time frame. Things add up, the normal punishments don't seem to be having an effect, hence the advice to hand out a longer sentence. Regiment rank is something we do not care about, I get the feeling you think you won't be dealt with like a normal, non regiment player, which is simply not the case.
Hope you understand why ingame admins are saying these things.

I have to make some points here:
1. When you say sorry, it doesnt mean that you cant get slayed, kicked or banned. It depends if it was on purpose. Plus as I heard, the situation was a bit different than described. However, it was "normal" teamkilling as in hundred unban requests before.
2. I dont believe that every regiment leader has made a teamkill on purpose, but even if so, it doesnt mean that you are entitled to do that too. I dont like my neighbours. Can I go and kill them, just because other people commit murders? I dont think so.
3. Megaberna is not making up rules. It is true that repeated ban can get you ban permanently, even though the offence in question is not so serious.
4. However, in this specific case it is different. All those bans are from unofficial servers and therefore I do not care. I cannot accept the presumption that if someone is banned from unofficial server, it makes his position worse, when he gets banned on the official server. I supervise admins and their bans on official servers and therefore I can guarantee that if someone is banned, he is banned rightfully. I cannot guarantee that on unofficial servers. I dont say that he didnt deserve those bans, as far as I am concerned he did, but that doesnt change anything on the principle. Also, it would not be fair if I took those bans into account. You know that he was banned on those servers, because he asked for unban. It is possible that we have more people asking for unban, who were previously banned on other servers, but we dont know, because they didnt ask for an unban there.
This is usual unban request for me, where the problem is teamkilling. Unban on 30th September, bump this thread on that day.

Haven't been unbanned yet. Already bumped the thread yesterday, did it again to make sure you see it, I learned my lesson and promise never ever to teamkill someone on purpose again in my regiment or not.
