What was happening when you got banned: Missclick in respawn, and kill allies. My friend see i was perma ban

Im not sure if this is the correct part of the forum to post in. My problem : i am currently permanently banned from NW_EU_Official_1, the reason has never been said to me however i think the reason was i accidentally teamkilled in spawn. I believe this decision is a bit severe without any previous warnings and if it is possible i would like forgiveness. I suppose my serial key has also been banned. (Now this bit ive got no idea on) If necessary i will communicate my key to multiplayer.

Je ne suis pas sur d'être dans la bonne section. Mon problème est que j'ai été Définitivement banni du serveur NW_Official_EU_1. La raison bien que ne m'ayant jamais été communiqué est sans doute d'avoir tuer accidentellement des alliées sur le zone de départ. Je trouve la sanction un peu lourde surtout sans avertissement et, je demande le pardon des administrateur. Je suppose que c'est mon numéro de série de jeu qui a été banni car je n'arrive pas à me reconnecté en changeant de pseudo ou d'IP je le communiquerai à des Admin si nécessaire par mp.
