For this tournament, I would like to have some referees. Some of the admins are already referees, but I feel that we may need more. That is why we need people active in the community to be willing to referee for UNAC S3. Do note, that being a referee is not the equivalent to being an admin. You do not get to make administrative decisions as a referee.
Before you apply, you need to be willing to do the following things:

[*]To know most of the rules and to be willing to look up the rules when you don't know.
[*]Check for IDs and see if they are valid.
[*]Observe matches to make sure they are proceeding in accordance with rules.
[*]To explain the rules when someone has a question.
[*]Send me a report of each match you referee.[/list]
I will be strict with referees. If you make several mistakes, or do not pull your weight, you'll be booted.
There are two types of referee status you may apply for; Primary and Secondary. Primary is for those who are on almost all the time, and are available to referee most of the scrims of the tournament. Secondary is for those who are not quite as active, and can fill in for Primary referees or referee a match from time to time.
