Balion Vs Wappaw

Having recently fought wappaw I believe that Balion will win this, wappaw havent been active as of late, and havent been fieldin their top team but if they get their main cav blade, redknight aswell as mafioso and salted their top 4 imo to play on an open map which they are comfortable with I feel wappaw can definitely put up a fightbut If angus and scott ray show up to the battle I see a victory for balion therefore I give the win to balion expecting their main players to show up giving them the advantage.

*Difference makers:  Scott Ray, Angus, Zero, Redknight, Blade, mafioso, salted slug
Balion win 16-8

Rebels Vs DoF

Having fought dof during a practice match for na5aside I noticed that dof with lower numbers have extreme skill, however with higher numbers they seem to not be able to keep up with the more experienced clans, I havent seen rebels improve much as of late but I havent exactly been keeping up with them, I give the win to dof

Difference makers: Darin, William, Kohath, Mok
12-8 for Dof

WMT Vs TMW

TMW clearly has the main force of the watchmen while wmt has somewhat of the b team except for their captain

Difference makers:  Eternal, bill, fiery
Clockwise
Unicorn
Maynd
Blacktide
Sotamursu
Mike
Volpel
MrX
Nomnom
Kherven
TMW takes it 16-3

SF Vs GCG

GCG being a non native clan, needing much experience knowing what SF can do I believe we can win this battle , all credits to GCG for keeping in the fight.

Difference makers:  Tesla, Nickdean, Giraffe, Neanderthal, Rallix
SF take it 16-0

GA Vs KoA
GA having dominated the best na clan I believe will be victorious here having koa pull off a few rounds wins.

Difference makers:  M, Roux, weirdo, John, robo, juxx, brave
GA take this 16-4

BkS Vs KM

Knowing a few members of km, tammo and monty and knowing that most of them come from non native mods I unlike the rest do not feel like km will get their feet unless their players really put the effort in to switch to native. With that being said BKS being the top team na wise to beat will be victorious trying to regain their feet after their loss to GA.

Difference makers:  Ordyn, Deafening, tammo, Joe, Rhade
BkS take this 16-3

For future reference Tesla, such predictions should go into Week Two Results, Discussions, and Predictions thread.

You also missed the wK vs GK match dude

wk in my opinion are the 2nd best team in unac right now the only team I see beating them is GA maybe even bks if they get back into shape but even so wk are at the top of their game I dont see them losing to many
wk 16 - gk 10
wily, gelden, ppk , vinny, hero, dman(if he decides to play)

I like reading the analysis and seeing the predictions from the "Featured Predictors" but it would be nice to have it so I can go back and read about each week instead of only having the current week (or past week on some of the slow guys) up. Maybe have it so that current week is always up and then a hidden area (spoiler) to see past week predictions?

Also with past week predictions, I would like to see the actual result nearby so I can see how well each predictor did. You could even add in a way to grade predictors. Add up number of correct win results for each person and maybe even add up the number of round wins they were off by for each predictions. For instance, a lot of people got TMW vs WMT completely wrong in the rounds, but right in the win. Eternal*, who said 12-7 for that match, would have a total of 10 points added to him for that match since the actual result was 16-1 (12+4, 7-6). I know they do this a lot for predictors in NFL matchups. I think it would add to the topic a lot if we did it here.

I like that idea, mostly since my prediction of Wappaw/Balion was right on the money

Thanks for the feed-back!

Ideas are still being thrown around to improve this system, and I definitely like some of yours.

The problem with the system right now is it's a lot to ask for every predictor to get their predictions in to me every week.  I don't like nagging people, and this isn't their job, so it's hard for me to be strict when it comes to that.  That being said, they are motivated by comments like yours, and I was hoping for more discussions in this thread to engage the pundits to the community, but it hasn't worked out that way.  Despite this, there have been many people who have told me they enjoy reading the different viewpoints of our pundits.

I'd love to do a point system - might actually get my pundits to pass me their predictions.

That would be nice, and I do like seeing that people appreciate my predictions and actually read them. They take quite awhile to type.

@Gelden: Think that if you gave us a specific deadline to send in predictions by, it would help a lot. With this week I was like, "Yeah! Predictions! I'll get those in soon." and next thing I know it's Wednesday and I'm exhausted and so I have to do them on Thursday. Would advise that this deadline be either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Having a deadline would also help the readers, as they know that exactly on x day they'll be able to read the pundit predictions.

Points would also be cool.

Updated with Eternals week 3.  Awesome read check er out eh

Edit: also added Johns!

Gelden: I don't know why people keep picking me as an MVP, you're way better than me.
WilySly: Oh stop
Gelden: I know, but you've literally carried us through 2 years and led 95% of our winning matches
WilySly: It's ok
Gelden: I wish I was half the player you are
WilySly: You'll get better if you really work at it

Wily has a habit of wandering off into space sometimes.

I would like to see Mads and perhaps pizza or greenknights predictions if those lazy bums would do it

Rhade with the perfect match score for Wappaw-Rebels! how does he do it!

+1 for enjoying reading the predictions. I was alt tabbed reading Eternal's after XLS shot me in the head during the scrim.
