Need More Info Unable to launch via Steam; able to launch but unable to play through Bannerlord.exe

Hello, I have found your game totally unplayable. If I launch through Steam I get instant crash. If I launch through Bannerlord.exe no Steam, I can create a character and enter campaign, even play the tutorial and move around the map, but the second I use TAB to leave an area, crash. This also corrupts my save file so the Campaign is totally dead.

This has happened three times.

I have followed all steps here https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?threads/game-failing-crashing-at-launch.397007/ and this does not change anything. Still instacrash through Steam and unplayable through .EXE.

I'd really love to love this game but it is fully unplayable for me.

I have the latest Windows 10, latest graphics drivers, all the dependencies. I play tons of modern games with no trouble. Very frustrating. Please advise.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.
