Open Unable to install mount and blade warband

I downloaded the mount and blade warband setup.exe from taleworlds.com, but after i have chosen my installation destination is says:

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Users\PCKE\Documents\Mount&BladeWarband\language.txt

Click Abort to stop the installation, Retry to try agian,or ignore to skip this file.

How do i solve this error?
