Resolved Unable to Help a Prisoner Noble to Escape

I've spent more than half an hour trying to get an imprisoned lady out of a city's dungeon but when I select the '' Give me the keys, now!'' option on our dialogue with the dungeon guard, simply nothing happens.
There is also another bug that prevents Dungeon Guards to spawn after entering and leaving the buildings in the city but I think this one is already known.

There's also no dialogue option whotsoever when you talk to the prison guard after infiltating a hosile town. The guard just tells you to leave and the dialogue ends
