Unable to Download Mods

Not sure if this goes here, but I can't download anything from M&B Repository. My download speed starts off at 150kbps then drops off to 30kbps, which is utterly ridiculous. I should be getting near 1mbit. It's not a problem with my modem or my connection, I can download games off Steam at full capacity and anywhere else. IS anyone else having this problem?

Repository is sometimes really slow,try to download from alternative sites,most of the mods are uploaded to different locations lately!

i can't download mods either man wtf, always at the end it says "file is not complete"  after i download it

Looks like there are some issues going on with the repository for last one month. I also couldn't download a mod from it today. Luckily it was on rapidshare also.
Need to tell the admins.
