Resolved Unable to create an Army

Anyone have an issue like this? despite being a vassal, having the influence, and available parties to select from, there isn't a done option to select from after bringing the create army window up. Whether selecting the flags at the bottom right of the screen or going through the diplomacy window to create an army, it will allow me to select parties, calculate the influence cost but there is no choice for done or cancel at the bottom to actually go ahead and create. There is a little bar at the bottom center of the window that will highlight if the mouse if hovered over it and brings all selected parties back to the left hand column.

I found a fix on reddit, if you spam click at the bottom border of the window it should create the army. you might have to give it a couple of shots but it works.

Let me copy my response from other thread:

I have same issue and it seems to be UI bug. For me when using resolution of 1920x1200 (unusual aspect ratio) the outcome is as on screenshot above. Changing resolution to 1920x1080 results in UI buttons showing again. Changing resolution back causes problem again. You can actually see the bottom of "revert" button from the normal confirmation control, hidden below bottom border of a popup.
