Resolved Unable to connect to MP lobby: Couldn't receive login result from the server

Summary:
Attempting to log in to MP Lobby results in message:

"Error: Couldn't receive login result from the server"

How to Reproduce:
1. Start Bannerlord MP client
2. Click Login
3. Wait ~30 seconds

Friends are reporting the same. But it doesn't seem like it started at the same time for everyone. Validated game files and downloaded one but it didn't make a difference. It was working a few hours ago/earlier today.

Seems like a recurring issue that usually resolves itself, based on other posts, but posting in case there's intervention that can be done; it's been 1-2 hours so far.
