Unable to access the search daemon error

Irregardless of where or what I search for comes up with the same message, 'Unable to access the search daemon'

Now I would try searching for a previous thread, but eh it's borked.

Is it Moss trying to troll me or something more sinister, like LL?

Yeah, the recent software updates appear to have removed the search daemon from automatic startup and I didn't notice it. It's back up now.
