Gonna sell my Core2Duo, MoBo, Old GT 240, 2gig ram, 160g ide hdd(if he needs that),old psu(maybe),my Windows XP or Vista to a trusted friend. How much should I charge him? 150$ ?
More than that, I should think, but if he's as short on money as you are (and why else would he want any of that old crap?) then it depends on his budget as much as it depends on what you're asking.

My thinking is this (note that this is just me guessing, and I could be completely wrong):
Core 2 Duo: $30-$60
Mobo: $20-$40
GTX 240: $10-$20
RAM: worthless ($5-$10, maybe?)
HDD: $20
PSU: $20
OS: $60
---
That's $165-$230 in American Dollars.

In some cases DDR2 RAM is actually more expensive than DDR3.

But that's only because nobody makes that **** anymore I guess.

Still no money or job thats why I make plans so frequently  Well I actually decided to *or think* selling my old tower altogether. Thats because his dekstop is older than mine(11 years old) and transferring PSU, MoBo, other stuff from my tower to his tower and cable management would be a pain in my arse considering I have never built a system myself before  And his tower is cracked, I think its made of plastic so.. I let him keep his tower and sell my stuff together. Only thing I think of changing is the IDE 120GB because.. well that s**t is ancient! He may have a larger SATA drive.

CPU: Core 2 Duo E 7500
GPU:GT 240 DDR3
Motherboard:Asus P5G41C-M-LX
RAM:Kingston DDR2 800 2GB
PSU:BROSS 450 Watt (288watt on 2 12v channels)
Case:BEKO Mid Tower Case
Optical Drive:LG CD/DVD Combo Writer
Hard Drive:Segate 120GB IDE (Maybe swap this with his drive)
Operating System:Windows XP/Vista 32 Bit

I will suggest him to add anohter 2GB DDR2 800Mhz for respectable performance. If my grand plan goes "perfect", I will sell him my GTX 650 Ti[ NEXT YEAR] but I must be really lucky for everything to work out for me perfectly

We live in the same city so he will came to my house, I will assemble the system, TEST IT, and give it to him, this will include everything from memtest to GPU tests, CPU stress test (maybe, I dont want my CPU to burn) and gaming performance test, I will also wipe the hard drive(s) install operating system and stuff.

I thought about a price of 190$ including everything but is that too low? Our initial deal was 140$ for CPU, GPU,RAM,MoBo and if he needed HDD+PSU.

I would love you people to tell my how much I should charge him.

Also note that he was going to buy a PS3, I told him not to and persuaded him to buy a PS4 or PC. Than thinking that I need a new build, I decided to sell this one to him for a low price but I need to buy DVD and Case as extra if I sell it as a bundle.

Sorry for the huge wall of text. My last question is if Wibtek is trustable. They sell Z87 board for just a mere 75$. I think thats a steal !

Thats it. Thanks if you read it all.

Let me get this straight: You and your friend are going to piece together a computer using most of your components and some of his, and you're going to build and test it for him and then sell it to him? Correct? I'm sorry, but I have a hard time understanding you sometimes. (No offence to you. Sometimes it seems like there's a mini-language barrier between new forum members and members who have been around for a while, and that's probably the issue.) Anyway, if you're going to sell him most of your components and if you charge him for building the thing and testing it, you could probably charge him in total for around $200 or more.

Hahahaha  No problems, its about my style of writing. I write like I talk, its hard to understand yes. And we will not mix his components with my components since his stuff is older than mine. I will sell him a COMPLETE BUILD including OS and testing.

Okay, so basically you're just going to sell him your computer, and then you'll buy yourself a new one. Correct?

Okay, I get what you're doing: You're taking your computer, putting an old GTX 240 in it (in place of your GTX 650 Ti), and selling it to your friend. That means that you can build yourself a new computer and start fresh, but you'll already have a decent enough GPU (the 650 Ti that you saved).

As for the website that you linked: It looks legit enough to me. I've never heard of it before iirc, but it looks okay.
