You need to use Openbrf https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,72279.0.html to change the shaders. Load a .brf file from the OSP pack, highlight a model/mesh. This will show its material in a panel to the right of the list of models. Click on the material to get into its components. The first component is the shader.
