I was besieging Pen Cannoc, when an enemy army engaged my siege camp. I managed to persuade the army leader to join my kingdom, and after exiting the conversation, the siege ui was gone. I cannot leave the siege, I cannot move anywhere, I cannot attack, and I cannot build siege weapons. Reloading the save does not help.
