Need More Info Ubable to enter Pen Cannoc

Hi,

I have a quest to drop supplies at Pen Cannoc and can see that two people there have quests for me.

Each time I click on them to talk to them it takes me to the normal loading screen, but just stays there. I've left it for 5 minutes but it just gets stuck on loading, task manager shows the game as still being active. Just constantly loading. Keeping in mind that my loading screens are sub 10 seconds.

I can enter the tavern, but as soon as i walk out the doors to the town centre, I get stuck in the loading screen again.

I have a save file if required.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.
