This is pile of more or less consistent quality randomness on top of Caribbean! assets that I'd expect of Steam Workshop if Blood&Gold would ever do better at attracting modders than WFaS did.

Bloody Boobs is 3 euros, doesn't make it a good game or worth the money. A ****ty looking M&B clone cash in that some modders could do a better job with is not worth 14 shekels.

It would be arguably good price for B&G (hence why I still recommend getting it while on sale), but not for some weird, theme-less asset dump on top of it.
