Two-step crossbow reload

Pretty simple really, break up the crossbow reload action into two steps; drawing back the string, and placing the bolt. I'm sick of almost reloading and then getting hit, this way you can do it in halves. And it adds realism.

And you could frighten nearby nonperceptive enemies with a crossbow that just has its string pulled back!

only thing that annoys me about crossbows is the small ones you can re-load on horseback arnt faster to re-load on foot and you cant reload them on foot on the move.

You could be hit by an arrow from afar... And yes, this has annoyed me, too.
