I have two question ...
first:
How can i change dialogs and faces of the existing companions?

second:
what is the easiest way to do that? i mean what tool should i use?

The official module system.  I don't think (though I'm not sure,) if you can use the troop editor.

Okay, i'll try the module editor then...
And by the way the troop editor doesn't work for this objective... but i managed to change stats,etc with it, great tool

EDIT: isn't there any other tool for me to do this? the module system is too hard for me...
My main objective is changing the companion price, so i can balance it according to the stats changes i've made...

I'm afraid not...  I had a lot of trouble getting it up and running too, but I managed to figure it out on my own after a while.

First download the module Here
Then download Python Here
NOTE: It has to be 2.6 and not 3.0

Follow the tutorial on how to get starting with the module Here

If you run into troubble look Here


When you get all this up and running you should look in the Dialogs.py

In here you can change and create new dialogs to satisfy your needs.

Unfortunately I can't show you how, cus I $uck when it comes to the scripts.
If you want a complete and very well made tutorial you should look into JIK's tutorial. It's the best one there is.

Hmm i found at TML tweaks, a tweak to adjust the prices of the companions, and that was my main task... but i'll try to use the module system anyway...
