The ratings are from my experience against the players and what I would do to beat them, ie. having beaten many of them in one tournament or another it's what I exploited in order to win. For some of it I used tourney results which I'll link to. If you, who probably has no idea who half of these people are since you haven't played for years, don't know these players then that's not my problem.
