Two casuals looking for a regiment

Hey. Two guys here who's looking for a regiment to spice the Napoleonic Warfare DLC up a bit.
I've been browsing the regiment list but it's all rather daunting and quite a few of them seems rather "hardcore".
What we're looking for is a more laidback/casual-ish regiment, preferably Light Infantry/Skirmishers/Irregulars or Line Infantry/Light Cav that's active in Europe.

My friend is a smelly Englishman and I'm a dashing Norwegian, so we both speak and understand English and we both have microphones and can get TS3 and all that stuff. We're also starting to get a bit old so we'd prefer a regiment a more mature crowd.

We're very interested in line battles and are sure to show up at at least some trainings battles.

Hopefully there will be someone looking for someone like us.

The 4e is always recruiting,we have regular events and just today smashed the KPL in several games but it is extremely relaxed
Very varied nationalities too,I wouldnt say any country holds majority.

We are one of the smaller regiments with about 40 people,usually 20 active in each training session at least. And after each game/training we play Hide and seek
