TweakMB relationship loss problem

whenever I tired to change the options on assigning fiefs the window gets grayed out. Any ideas and I only added a few characters and changed damage and speed for a couple weapons

if you are using mods, depending on what changes the mod creators made, it may disable that portion of TweakMb. as the program is designed to work best with native mb.
