Tweak request - remove spears from tournaments and the arena

Well, the tweak seems to have worked for the arena, so many many thanks Kraggrim.  . Now I just need to do the same for tournaments, I'll go rifling through the items file and try to find the tourney spear.

check script_set_items_for_tournament for the mission_tpl_entry_add_override_item operation (it replaces the mission_templates gear with something else).

Heheh, you overrate my modding capabilities, I'm just using the .txt entries (I still can't work out how to apply changes in the Mod Sys)
