Tutorial Compability

so on my 1.7 warband in lav .16 mod sys, can i follow earlier mod sys tutorial? cause i feel like thats not the case as i was trying to insert outpost mod but doesnt seem to work, nor a note mod nor everything else

In general, all earlier tutorials and OSPs code snippets can still be used if you use the latest modsys. If something is not working as intended, post your questions and/or bug reports in the respective thread. Maybe others encountered similar problems and solved them or can help you at yours by looking at the error messages.
