Need More Info Tutorial - Black Box Issue

Hi everyone,

I just opened the game, it was all fine until the battle scene in the tutorial. When i encountered the bandits, it started to show some black boxes in my screen that rendered the game unplayable. Is this a known issue and fix is planned and/or is there a workaround?

Also please know that i have tried updating my graphics drivers and it didn't help.

Hello, thanks for reporting this problem. Unfortunately, we were unable to respond to this thread when it was first created. We believe the issue may have been resolved since the creation of this topic. If you are currently experiencing this issue with the latest live or beta versions of the game, please update this thread so we can forward this issue to the team for investigation.
