Turkish Forum?

Ha!

This thread deserves the ever-comical descending trombone sound, "Bwah, wah, wah, waaaahhhh".

"Wtf. Turkish Forum?"

- Yes. They are turkish.

"Oh."

*background trombone goes "bwah, wah, wah, wah"*

They are Turkish, so they have the turkish forums for when/if the good people from Turkey (Beautiful place. Lived for several years, several years ago. Incirlik 4tw) start posting here once exposure grows there.

Ah, it all makes sense now! Their efforts are fuled by the famous turkish coffee.

I can just imagine.

"Honey! Get the ibrik, I accidentaly deleted the combat AI, and it's going to be a long night."

Spartan - stop being a jerk.

It's a nice thing that they've got a seperate forum in their own native language, even if most of their current userbase is english-speaking. Why should you gripe about that?

Do they have advertising for this game in Turkey? I have seen people on Internets from all over the world, but I don't believe I've ever seen one that's Turkish. It would be a better effort to put it into German or hell even Japanese.

We prefer tea actually  Can't drink 15 cups of turkish coffee a day!

And c'mon people! Let our Turkish players enjoy. It's not like the turkish game industry releases 5 new games every year

In truth, i am hoping to get the chance to learn something about that country, and perhaps the language.

There is always to learn from others... and... turkish history kind of seems "alien" to me (in the good sense of the word). "Unknown".

Is this your game? No. Is this your website? No. Is this a gameplay issue? No.

Shut up, and go crawl back into your basement.

Ha - good to see you posting as well. Keep up the good work, lass!

And just ignore Spartan. He doesn't seem to be very nice.

My god is the tea good, too. Chai (çay is it?) is just.. Godly.. Apple or the Standard. I thought it was just amazing how one could walk into any store down the sidewalk and be offered a drink of tea (on the house) just for stopping in. Extreme hospitality. Brought warmth to the heart and all that jazz. Come to think of it, I kind of want to go back to vist at least.

Finally a thread where I can profess my love for apple Tea . . .and Kilms.

All national stereotypes aside though it's a gorgeous country, the people are friendly (to foreigners at least) and Istanbul is one remarkable city. Not to mention the histroy (Greek, Phonecian, Roman, Byzantinian, Ottoman).

I'd love to see (and help) some mod-team transplant Mount and Blade into any one of the above ancient empires. Maybe even forgoe the quasi-medievil setting and have Greek or Roman setting. Think Troy, but with less Orlando Bloom. . .
