Need More Info Trouble Claiming My CD keys on Steam.

Hey,
I have all the games in M&B franchise on talesworld except Bannerlord. I want to move them to my steam account. But when I claim the cd keys on steam I get an error (Screenshot attached). Is it not possible to claim M&B games on steam? In that case Can I claim Bannerlord on talesworld that I bought on steam?

Keys bought from our webstore should be compatible with Steam. Can you PM me the serial keys for the games you have? I can take a look
