Trouble buying the game

I fill out all my info, correctly, and with all of the required slots filled, and click proceed. Instead of doing what it's supposed to, it goes to a page with everything that I filled out with a big red * indicates required field at the top. All these are FILLED by the way, and then there's no button to go forward or ANYTHING!!

WTF IS GOING ON!!! Someone please help me, I wanna play my level 6 character again...

I would just try it again, but maybe your creditcard is not useable for it or whatever.

I've tried again, I've checked everything, AND AS I STATED BEFORE I DIDN'T FORGET ANYTHING. On top of that, the credit card is fine

Try deleting browser cookies, temporary files etc. If that doesn't work, try using an alternative browser (eg. mozilla firefox). If that doesn't work either, then it is less likely to be a problem with the actual browser, and is probably either some problem with the bank not allowing the use of credit card for the specific website, or something really deep in your system ::\ (eg. trojan / virus, although I would think that those would let you use the card info, but hi-jack it for themselves instead)
