In Progress Troops only use one siege weapon when besieging a town, works fine for castles but not towns and cannot command troops to use them.

As the title says, whenever I command a siege towards a town, my troops will only ever use one siege weapon (ram, siege tower, ladder) at a time and I cannot command them to push them as whenever I split my troops into different formations and tell them to push a weapon they will just stand behind looking at it. I’ve had this glitch since launch and I can’t find any other complaints about this online so is this something to do on my end? I would love to have this resolved for me or at the very least have an explanation on how to fix it asap. thank you
