SP - Player, NPCs & Troops Troops need more experience gain from battles

Since auto-resolve isn't the reliable way to train your recruited units into something useful anymore. Armies are needing easier ways to train up recruits. There doesn't seem to be a Shared Experience gain at all anymore which is hurting upgrading. I don't like fighting 80v80 battles to only upgrade 4 (tier 0) units and lose like 10. It feels really bad.
The AI typically only fight with their parties 80% composed of tier 0 recruits because they can't train anything as well after losing most of their first army. The game needs Shared Experience again.
 
As it stands, they gain experience as a class, i.e. even if you have x amount of troop y ready to upgrade, they still earn xp for every kill towards all units of type troop y. This is weird, since the actors aren't tracked really individually or anything. It means the fastest way to level any troop is to have entire blobs of one unit type exclusively so they all share experience and to online upgrade them when they're all ready.

It would indeed be better if every unit just got experience based on all defeated enemy troops.
