SP - Player, NPCs & Troops Troops healing rate slow and troops got older

after playing a while i realized the idea "base healing" for troops is good but only for a few last guys in my party, a party with 100-150 i feel it much slower compare to previous version(1.5.0), i think "base healing" is good but not fast enough
Troops now look fatter and older, some using weaker armor(even armor seems useless with looters's stone) i love the look they were before especially mamluke troops tree.
