Resolved Troops don't keep formation group after every load

Summary: Troops don't keep formation after loading save. I want my volunteers to be in formation 5 so they can stand behind shield wall. Needing to redo all party formation after every load is a huge hassle.
How to Reproduce: Set unit to formation, in my case it's formation 5, then save and load the same save. Formation reverts to default after every load.

It also affects them after clearing a hide-out.
