Resolved Troops don't climb some ladders on the sieges

Summary: As you can see in the images, 1 ladder is full of people climbing it and the other one it's only me, once in awhile 1 goes up that ladder maybe because he was pushed or something, also in some castles after they climb up the ladders/siege towers a bunch of the just stay agglomerated on top near the ladder/siege tower. As an extra i caught a crossbowman under the stairs stuck.
Quest/Settlement Name (if related): i forgot to take the name of the castle in question, if it's really necessary next time i will take it.
