Troops dont atack in sieges

I joined my kingdom army that was sieging a castle and when the battle started the troops didnt climb the ladders just stood their . The ram was destroyed so the only way is the ladders.

Sometimes the bots don't feel like attacking, it depends on their moods. They get their good days or bad days. You gotta do what you gotta do.

Taleworlds succeeded at what Nasa couldn't and managed to code "fear of death" into AI. It's why they're all scared to be the first to climb up to their death. You have to be a leader of example and show them how it's done. Also a tap on the shoulder with your horse can be quite motivating.

Noticed how task-driven the defenders are that instead of attacking you, they just run to wherever they were told to defend? It is your chance to sneak by them and open the front gate for your army. Can't promise many of them will try to rush in but some will...eventually. Sooner than TW fixes this brain-dead siege AI, I guarantee.

Thats not possible. This game is perfect, must be a bug exclusive to your version.

Did u try uninstalling (and leaving it uninstalled?)

I remember TW's saying that was one of the biggest thing that they wanted to fix or improve on. Still waiting for that to happen.

Simple. They said they have to make ai dumber so consoles can handle it with decent fps

its still happening in some castles in other castles the AI actualy does what is suppose to
