Resolved troops disappeared from my garrison

100 imperial infantryman disappeared from my garrison and peasants appeared, who I never hired.

Just happened same to me. In one of my cities, Varnovapol (only this) about 490 peasants arrive every game month. Because of what the garrison begins to desert. I play patch 1.4.0 second day, it never happened yesterday or on any previous versions.
