Troop number abnormal

I think I have encountered a serious bug that perhaps I have to give up my gamesave.

Please read the pictures. Lord Stamar and I are going to attack Lord Etrosq's party. Lord Stamar has 128 healthy soldiers ready for combet while I have 49 healthy men out of 61.

But the report said that we have 50 troops against their 77 only! I think the correct number should be 128+49=177, isn't it?

Then I tried to kick Stamar out of the picture and attack Etrosq alone, to see what is the difference. The report showed that I have 49 troops against their 77 this time.

So Stamar only gave 1 man to the total force?

This problem not only occur in this battle. I tried to siege a castle alone. I have 70+ soldiers while the castle has 220+.

When the siege battle began I checked out the troop numbers. I had 32 soldiers while my opponent had 56 in the battlefield.

Then I let a lord with 110+ soldiers follow me to siege the same castle. So this time we have 180+ soldiers against the castle's 220+.

But when the battle began, our total troop numbers in battlefield was still 32. My ally had 20 men and I had 12 men while the opponent had 56.

I cannot win the siege by this thin number of troops. This problem makes gathering force become meaningless!

This problem comes out so suddenly and only one of my characters was affected. How can I solve this problem? I don't want to give up this save

Could anyone help me? This problem keeps occuring in every battle I fight.

Here's another case. I made some screenshots that probably shows the problem more clearly.

1. My colleague Lord Starmar was fighting with Lord Tonju of Khergit. 91 vs 94 men.

2. I had 50 men available to help Lord Stamar.

3. I supposed we would have 141 men to fight with their 94 men. But strangely no, we had 69 men vs 94 men only.

4. A screenshot when the first battle just began. I had 16 men in the field while Lord Stamar had 21. The enemy had 43. Lord Stamar was in the screen too. It shows that Stamar and his troops were fighting in the battle but the number of our troops in the field was abnormally too few.

5. Battle won. The relation with Lord Starmar increased from 35 to 43. It shows that Stamar was already a friend of mine before I join the battle.

So, the number of troops fighting is wrong not because my tactics level is low, not because Lord Stamar is not friendly to me. It should be a bug... that makes me in trouble. I don't know how to seize enemies' castle/town without enough soldiers.

Except it can't be related, because in the first screenshot you can see the message Lord Stamar's party has joined the battle on your side fading away. This is something different. I see it's the same lord in both cases - could Lord Stamar be broken somehow? Does it happen with other lords?
